Strange but true… I will be setting up a stall at the Mind Body Spirit festival in Sydney this year. Why? Because embroidery is therapy. It is mindfulness, it is healing, connecting, peaceful.

I want to convey all this to everyone who visits my stall. I will have designs created especially for this event. Patterns that will be perfect for mindful and meditative creative practice.

Come along, have a chat and see my collection of:

  • Embroidery kits

  • Printed patterns on linen

  • thread packs

  • Embroidery hoops

  • Needles

  • Lots of examples of my own finished work

WOOL ON LINEN EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP - BRISBANE

Texture, softness and thick tactile results are what students get out of this class. Wool embroidery is a beautiful and slow craft and Kasia teaches her unique techniques and supplies yarn which she carefully sources from independent yarn makers. The results are stunning but are simple to apply. Students will use both ply and single spun yarn for different effects and will learn a variety of both filling and outline stitches. Perfect for those who have done some embroidery previously.
