USING YOUR STICK & STITCH PATTERN

Below you will find instructions for using your stick & stitch.

1. Open your pattern and read instructions.

2. Select the style of alphabet you like.

3. Trace your initials using a plain pen.

4. Peel the pattern off its backing paper.

5. Stick the pattern onto your fabric.

6. Embroider following my stitches or your own.

7. Use any colours you like or see my colours below.

8. When finished, dissolve pattern in cold water.

9. Dry on the line.

10. Iron on the reverse.

11. Sew it into a usable item and enjoy!

THREAD COLOURS & STITCHES

Use any thread colours you have on hand. You do not have to copy mine exactly, be free and explore your own colours and stitches. If you would like to use the same colours as I have they are as follows:

red - DMC 22

orange - DMC 976

purple - DMC 3835

light blue - DMC 503

brown - DMC 839

dark green - DMC 987
